Physician - Pediatric Hospitalist - St. Cloud, MN

Seeking a full-time pediatric hospitalist to join our team in providing high-quality inpatient care to the community of central Minnesota.

Schedule

1. Full-time, 1.0 FTE
2. 13-hour shifts, including one-hour overlap for report
3. Rotating day/night scheduling
4. 7am-7:30pm, 7pm-7:30am

Pay and Benefits

1. Salary range: $225,000 - $250,000 per year
1. Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
2. Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
3. May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

1. BE/BC
2. Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure

Department Information:

1. 7 Physicians, 4 APPs
2. Caring for children 0-17 years old with a variety of medical diagnoses
3. Pediatric Unit with a total of 22 beds - 4 ICU, 4 PPCU, 14 peds
4. PICU covered by Pediatric Critical Care Intensivist
5. Pediatric Sedation program, Dedicated child life specialists
6. Family Medicine resident & student teaching opportunities
