Bilingual Bookkeeper

$22-$25/hr based on experience | Full time, Monday-Friday | 3925 W Adams St, Suite 1, Phoenix, AZ 85009

Del Sol Furniture is a locally owned, family-run furniture retailer that has served Phoenix since 1997, with four showrooms across the Valley and our own in-house financing company. Our accounting team keeps all of it running: payments coming in from four stores, bills going out, and the books behind it.

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented bilingual bookkeeper who likes things balanced and done right the first time. If you want to grow, we have a proven path. If you want a stable role you can own and do well, that works too.

What You Will Earn

• $22-$25 per hour, based on experience and QuickBooks skill

Your Schedule

• Full time, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
• No nights, no weekends
• In person at our Phoenix office, 3925 W Adams St, Suite 1

What You Will Do

• Receive, review and post daily cash and payment transactions from our four stores
• Match deposits to daily sales and resolve anything that doesn't tie out
• Enter vendor bills, process payments, and keep payables current
• Record transactions in QuickBooks and our retail point-of-sale system
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Support month-end close and prepare schedules for our accountant
• Answer vendor, store and internal questions by phone and email, in English and Spanish
• Keep records organized: scanning, filing, and document management
• Help us test and roll out new automation tools in our accounting process

Who We Are Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish. This is required.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or AP/AR experience
• Strong QuickBooks skills, including entering, reconciling, and correcting transactions
• Solid understanding of accounting basics: debits, credits, accruals, and reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, sorting and filtering, and VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP
• Degree or coursework in accounting is a plus
• QuickBooks Certified User or ProAdvisor, or Certified Bookkeeper (AIPB or NACPB), is a plus
• Very detail-oriented. You check your own work before anyone else has to.
• Comfortable working across two screens and several systems at once
• Clear, professional communication, written and spoken
