Field Service Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and support services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join their team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be an essential part of the support team, ensuring smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment within a dynamic environment. Job Title: Field Service Technician

Location: Dearborn, MI 48126

What's the Job?

• Replace toner and maintenance kits to ensure optimal printer performance

• Perform first-level diagnosis and troubleshooting of printer hardware issues

• Address paper jams and other minor printer issues (excluding customer paper replacement)

• Install spare units as necessary to meet SLA requirements

• Build positive relationships with customers, coworkers, and vendors to foster a collaborative work environment

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role

• Excellent documentation and organizational skills

• Mechanical aptitude with an IT background

• Positive attitude with a desire to assist and resolve issues effectively

• Effective communication skills and active listening abilities
