Direct Care Specialist Community Bridges, Inc. Job Summary Direct Care Specialist is responsible for assisting with the admission and orientation of participants in the program and for ongoing monitoring and discharge of patients in both voluntary and involuntary facilities. Responsibilities Assist with admission and orientation of program participants. Monitor patients during their stay in the facility. Facilitate discharge processes. Qualifications Must be a BHT or have EMT certification. Hold a clean 39‑month MVR record. Possess a level I fingerprint clearance card. Minimum age 21 years.
