What You'll Do

As a Direct Care Worker, you'll provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with activities of daily living

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance

• Help with meal preparation

• Perform light housekeeping

• Provide companionship and supervision

• Assist with mobility and transfers as appropriate

• Follow individualized care plans

• Document services accurately and timely

• Communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team member

• Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate care

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow care plans and instructions

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to meet required training and compliance requirements

• Previous caregiving or direct-care experience is a plus
