Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | 4x12-Hour Shifts (11:00–23:30) | 3x12 scheduling also available | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a high-volume, fast-paced urban Emergency Department
• Manage and monitor ventilated patients as part of emergency care delivery
• Support Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) and Medics within the department
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 in a department averaging approximately 210 visits per day
• Participate in every-other-weekend coverage, with 4 weekend shifts required per contract

Required Qualifications

• Valid Arizona RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required
• Experience in a large, urban, high-volume Emergency Department required
• Ventilated patient experience required
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and de-escalation certification (MAB, CPI, MOAB, or equivalent) required
• Proficiency in EPIC EMR required; prior travel nursing experience required (first-time travelers will not be considered)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Level 1 Trauma Center experience preferred
• Experience working in a high-acuity, fast-paced trauma environment
