Leasing Consultant
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at Casa del Rio, a small property located in Peoria, AZ. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on weekends.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective residents by providing property tours and answering questions about available units.
- Process rental applications and lease agreements accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of leasing policies, procedures, and community amenities.
- Respond promptly to resident inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work weekends as required to accommodate resident needs and property events.
- Support property management with administrative tasks related to leasing and resident relations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a leasing consultant or in a related customer service role preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends is required.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with small property management is a plus.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
