Join us to be part of a team that leverages cutting-edge technology to create sustainable, efficient, and resilient manufacturing processes, making a tangible impact on the global stage.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveYour contribution to the team: Demonstration of strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client-aligned projects Expertise in managing complex ERP projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, and progress monitoring Problem-solving expertise and ability to steer project economics and delivery Strong relationship with mid and senior level client stakeholders Strong leadership abilities to foster team performance and growth Commitment to cultivating a culture of learning and innovationRequired Skill and ExperienceProject Planning & Governance• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and timelines.• Establish project governance, steering committee structure, and reporting cadence.• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, SAP Activate).• Provide solution guidance on planning processes, KPIs, and best practices.Stakeholder Management• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.• Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive reviews.• Manage client expectations and provide executive-level communications.• Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.Delivery Management• Lead SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and enhancements.• Coordinate cross-functional SAP teams (SD, MM, FICO, PP, EWM, WM, Basis, Security, etc.).• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.• Ensure seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP applications.Risk & Issue Management• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.• Manage delivery bottlenecks and ensure appropriate contingency planning.Preferred Skill and ExperienceFinancial Management and Quality Assurance• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.• Track project costs and control expenditures.• Ensure optimal utilization of internal and external resources.• Ensure compliance with SAP standards and organizational governance processes.• Oversee testing activities including SIT, UAT, regression testing, and cutover readiness.• Monitor quality metrics and project health indicators.Change Management and Training• Coordinate organizational change management activities.• Ensure user training, adoption, and readiness plans are executed.• Support business transition and hypercare activities.Executive Reporting• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries.• Present progress updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees.• Drive decision-making through data-driven project insights.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
