Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Indiana
• Recent experience in a school-based OT setting
• Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans for students
• Strong documentation and progress-tracking skills
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students per IEP requirements
• Develop and implement individualized interventions that address sensory, motor, and self-care needs
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school standards
• Collaborate with classroom staff, special education teams, and parents to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students’ functional goals
• Train and support teachers and paraprofessionals in strategies that foster inclusion and student engagement
