Family Peer Navigator & Recovery Support Specialist

ElevaCare is seeking a dedicated Family Peer Specialist to support parents, caregivers, and families within our Minnesota catchment. The role involves sharing lived experience to inspire hope, helping families understand mental health diagnoses and treatment options, and connecting them with community resources and services.
The position requires a valid driver’s license, ability to travel to ElevaCare facilities in the area, and a current mental health certified family peer specialist
