Senior Sales Compensation & Revenue Operations Lead

Sinch is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager focused on Sales Compensation Operations to own the end-to-end commission process, from annual planning to monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy and scalability. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and HR to optimize SIP execution and driving data-driven improvements.
