Retail Sales Associate

What You'll Be Doing As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate you will generate sales by leveraging your passion for technology and exceptional customer service. You will learn customers’ needs, present product insights and solution recommendations, and close sales using strong communication skills. You will also develop through ongoing training, manage merchandising and inventory operations, and may grow the customer base through outbound calls and text messages. Opportunities to engage with the community at off‑site Verizon events are available. What We're Looking For Required qualifications: High school diploma or GED One or more years of relevant experience, including work or military experience Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance) Openness to additional shifts during peak periods such as summer, November–December, and vacation periods Preferred skills: Experience in a commission‑based environment Fluency in English and Spanish Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions Customer service experience Schedule & Compensation Weekly hours: 40. This is a commission‑based position with base pay $49,000–$59,000 annually plus target commission. Unlimited commission potential may add up to $10,000 or more per year.
