JOB DESCRIPTION : Senior Client Advisor

PROFILE:

• Reports to CCO
• Location (On-Site): New York City

SUCCESS PROFILE:

The Senior Client Advisor will support the VIP/VIC Team and Founder in building and maintaining strong relationships with our VIP, high-net-worth clientele, while also managing key operational touchpoints including online order fulfillment, stylist relationships, and consignment. This role requires an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep passion for leveraging PARTOW's product offering to build lasting relationships and reinforce brand identity, and the ability to deliver personalized, bespoke service alongside strong organizational execution. Success in this role hinges on a proactive eye for efficiency, identifying opportunities and proposing solutions that strengthen long-term client relationships.

You will work closely with the VIC Leadership, and CCO to enhance the client experience, ensuring every interaction and every order is memorable and exceeds expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership & Operations:

• Demonstrate leadership during private appointments to drive individual and team objectives while maintaining accountability for sales performance
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through teamwork and partnership.
• Support operations by maintaining inventory levels within designated selling areas and stockrooms.
• Bring and maintain an existing book of business, with demonstrated success in transitioning and expanding client relationships.
• Support the creation and maintenance of the Retail Events calendar.
• Assist with coordinating logistics for various retail events, including high-end selling events, collection launches, and product activations.
• Support the tracking of event sales, costs, and ROI.
• Assist in the vendor invoice payment process in partnership with the Finance

VIC Client Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with VIC clients, ensuring personalized service and exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
• Identify and anticipate the unique needs and preferences of VIP clients, providing tailored recommendations and exclusive offers.
• Ensure repeat business through a high level of personalized engagement, keeping clients informed about new collections, limited editions, and private events.

Sales Performance:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through direct interaction with VIC clients.
• Assist in the development and execution of personalized sales strategies that increase the lifetime value of VIC customers.
• Leverage client data and insights to create tailored sales approaches and marketing strategies for VIC customers.

Customer Experience:

• Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring every VIC interaction is seamless, enjoyable, and memorable.
• Offer bespoke services, such as private shopping appointments, trunk shows, or exclusive product previews.
• Handle high-level inquiries and resolve any issues swiftly and with the utmost professionalism.

Brand Representation:

• Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining the company’s high standards of luxury, exclusivity, and sophistication.
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the brand’s heritage, product range, and current collections.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in the luxury industry and competitor activity.

Event and Promotion Coordination:

• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to organize exclusive VIC events, product launches, and private previews.
• Engage VIC clients with bespoke invitations and offers for brand-related events.
• Ensure VIC clients are given priority access to new launches, exclusive offers, and in-store experiences.

Reporting and Administration:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, tracking sales, preferences, and interactions in CRM systems.
• Regularly report on sales performance, client activity, and key trends within the VIC clientele.

KEY REQUIREMENTS :

Experience :

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on Ready to Wear, and Accessories.

Client Book :

• A proven track record of an established and strong client book within the luxury industry, particularly with VIC’s. Leverage your client book to drive brand awareness and sales.
• Experienced stylist, personal shopper, or qualified retail associate in luxury fashion with an established clientele.

Customer Focus :

• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with high-profile clients, anticipating and exceeding their needs.
• Create memorable experiences through private viewings at the PARTOW private Atelier, special offers, and customized shopping experiences.
• Ability to organize high-end events and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Communication Skills :

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect with clients at all levels.
• Respond to customer queries and need efficiently, acting with urgency to deliver results.

Luxury Expertise :

• Strong passion and understanding of luxury products, high-end fashion, and the luxury retail industry.

Sales Orientation :

• Demonstrated success in sales, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets, particularly with VIP clients.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets in a high-pressure, luxury retail environment.

Discretion and Professionalism :

• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when dealing with VIP clientele.
