This role is responsible for supporting leadership in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Lead and promote a culture of open communication, trust, accountability, and employee engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and HR best practices. Oversee the full recruitment and staffing process, including workforce planning, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Manage employee relations matters, including workplace investigations, conflict resolution, coaching, and disciplinary actions. Administer employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws. Lead and support performance management initiatives, including goal setting, evaluations, coaching, and employee development. Partner with department leaders to build talent pipelines, succession plans, and leadership development initiatives. Align HR strategies and programs with organizational goals and business objectives. Drive teammate engagement through effective communication and employee recognition initiatives. Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, policies, and organizational effectiveness. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and business information. Collaborate with the Administrative Leadership Team to support company-wide initiatives and operational goals. Assist with HR reporting, workforce planning, and other strategic human resources initiatives. Requirements include: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a leadership or management role. Experience managing recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. Experience conducting workplace investigations and resolving employee relations issues. Experience partnering with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Strong decision-making and critical thinking abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Certifications: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or other Human Resources certification preferred but not required. Knowledge: Human Resources best practices and employment law. Recruiting and talent acquisition strategies. Employee relations and workplace investigations. Performance management processes. Benefits administration. HR compliance and employment regulations.
