Vice President of Construction

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a growing residential homebuilder seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead construction operations for its Florida division.

This executive leader will oversee field operations, construction teams, budgeting, scheduling, quality, vendor management, and operational growth across multiple residential communities.

Requirements:

• Residential homebuilding leadership experience
• Multi-community or subdivision construction management
• Experience leading superintendents/builders
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of land development and site readiness
• Florida Contractor License or ability to obtain within 90 days

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $130,000–$170,000
• Bonus Opportunity
• Total Compensation Potential: $200,000–$250,000+
