Guests trust you with their skin, their comfort, and their confidence. You'll deliver high-quality waxing services in your own private suite, build real relationships with returning guests, and grow a loyal book of business - all within the support of a nationally recognized brand. We're Ballast Wax, a fast-growing multi-unit EWC franchisee. We invest heavily in the development of our Wax Specialists because we know that when you grow, our centers grow. Now let's build the business.You hold an active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state where you're applying - this is required.You care about your guests beyond the service. You remember names, ask about their skin, and build trust one appointment at a time.You're comfortable recommending products and services. You educate confidently and let the results speak for themselves.You take sanitation and standards seriously. Your suite is always guest-ready and your protocols are never compromised.You're a learner.
