Job Overview:

Pay Range: $45.00hr - $50.00hr

• Broad expertise across Test Automation.
• Broad expertise across Test Data Management.
• Broad expertise across Test Environment Management.
• Broad expertise across Performance Testing.
• Broad expertise across Shift Left Testing Practices.
• Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience defining and presenting testing metrics, dashboards, and status reports.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve quality engineering productivity and efficiency.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end test planning, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams and applications.
• Establish and oversee testing processes, standards, metrics, and quality controls.
• Manage and coordinate testing activities including functional, automation, performance, security, and integration testing.
• Drive adoption of shift-left testing practices and quality engineering principles.
• Oversee test data management and test environment management strategies.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Track and report quality metrics, KPIs, risks, and testing progress through dashboards and executive presentations.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and solutions to improve testing productivity, efficiency, and coverage.
• Support Agile/SAFe delivery teams by ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle.

Nice to Have:

• Experience leading testing programs within Property and Casualty (P&C) or Commercial Insurance organizations.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise testing initiatives and distributed teams.
• Relevant certifications in Agile, SAFe, Quality Assurance, or Test Management.
