Description: The position guarantees 36 hours per week with the potential for additional hours. Overtime must be approved before being worked. The role does not require floating to other facilities. The patient population encompasses a wide range of individuals. Productivity expectations are set at 60 visits per week. The provider will see an average of 12-14 patients per day. Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected.
