Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from a recognized medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility for (or possession of) an active Texas medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred.
