Sales Administrative Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Coordinator to support our sales team and work directly with the VP of Sales. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in home improvement operations and sales systems who enjoys creating efficient processes, improving workflows, and keeping projects on track.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee administrative functions that support the sales department.
• Organize, maintain, and ensure follow-through on all sales systems and processes.
• Create, design, document, and improve new and existing sales systems.
• Audit sales processes and reports to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with implementing process improvements and correcting workflow issues.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales on special projects and department initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience working within the home improvement industry and familiarity with sales systems and operational processes.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree.

Physical Requirements

• Primarily office-based work environment.
• Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent use of computers and repetitive hand movements.
