Account Executive (SaaS scale-up in sales enablement) About the job Sales teams that sell multiple services in large companies are under pressure: too many tools, too much data, too much admin. And not enough time to do what really matters: closing deals. That’s where our client comes in. They are building an AI Sales Assistant for solution selling: a new tool that makes the daily work of salespeople lighter. The assistant helps with booking more meetings, closing more deals, and spotting more up- & cross-sell opportunities. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Account Executive, based in Ghent. You’ll be responsible for driving new business in corporate accounts, working closely with an SDR and management. You’ll own the full funnel, from the first conversation to closing enterprise SaaS deals. What you’ll do Own deals end-to-end: from demo to signed contract Partner with your SDR on smart, targeted outbound (quality > quantity) Build strong relationships with decision-makers at large corporates Show how the AI Sales Assistant saves salespeople time and energy Co-create and refine GTM strategies together with the leadership team What they’re looking for 5+ years proven success as AE in B2B SaaS enterprise/corporate sales Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus) Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders A true hunter: competitive, resilient, and creative in approach Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in a fast-moving scale-up environment What you’ll get A full funnel from day one: SDR support + active pipeline Big ownership: your work directly drives their growth A front-row seat in building the AI Sales Assistant market Hybrid flexibility Competitive package with commissionA culture of ambition, openness, and celebrating wins together Ready to help global enterprises sell smarter and easier with AI?
