Overview The County FCU is hiring a Member Service Center Assistant Manager in Caribou. Responsibilities Provide superior member service to the Member Service Manager and members during every interaction or transaction. Ensure members and potential members receive fast, courteous, and accurate service by phone; explain services, set up new accounts, respond to problems, and direct calls to the appropriate area.
