- Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of positions
- Match qualified candidates with client job openings
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and associates
- Conduct reference checks and verify employment eligibility
- Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and candidate pipelines
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and job seekers
- Assist with onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Meet placement goals and contribute to team success
- 1-3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or customer-facing roles preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Sales or business development mindset is a plus
