About the Role:
Ultimate Caring ABA in Dallas, TX is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team! In this rewarding role, you'll make a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of children and families by delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide 1:1 direct therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings
• Collect accurate and consistent behavioral data during each therapy session
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Document session notes and progress in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for all clients

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• RBT certification 
• Prior experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong understanding of or willingness to learn ABA principles and techniques
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Dallas, TX area
• Must pass a background check and meet any state or company compliance requirements
