Manufacturing Technician

Pride Health is seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a life-sciences and diagnostics company providing services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Lawrence, MA
Job Type: Contract
Length: 4-Months
Hours: 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $23 - $25 per hour
Responsibilities
- Execute consumables manufacturing processes according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and efficiency metrics
- Operate in cleanroom environments following contamination control protocols
- Handle consumable materials with precision under guidance of Group Leaders or trainers
- Ensure all products meet Company’ s rigorous quality specifications
- Maintain ISO compliance standards throughout manufacturing processes
- Document production activities accurately and completely
- Utilize computer systems for data entry, tracking, and reporting
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Support additional projects and duties as assigned by management
- Contribute to a safe, efficient, and collaborative work environment
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Basic manufacturing knowledge and experience
- Ability to read, understand, and execute detailed SOPs
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and manufacturing systems
- ISO quality system awareness
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shift duration
- Capability to lift to 20 pounds regularly
- Manual dexterity for precise handling of small components and materials
- Able to work using repetitive movements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in cleanroom environments
- Team-oriented mindset with flexibility for varying assignments
