Phlebotomist

Location: Culver City, CA or Manhattan Beach, CA

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in either Culver City or Manhattan Beach. The ideal candidate will have strong venipuncture skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to providing a positive patient experience.

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection procedures on patients of all ages.
• Verify patient information and accurately label specimens.
• Prepare specimens for laboratory testing and transportation.
• Follow established safety, infection control, and quality assurance procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Provide compassionate and professional service to patients and healthcare staff.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of blood collection procedures and specimen handling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of El Segundo, CA.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
