About the Role The Investment Analyst is an integral part of the Derivatives Trading portfolio management team. The mission of the Investment Analyst is to leverage foundational investment skills and a deep understanding of Parametric’s investment products while supporting daily portfolio management. The position requires teamwork and collaboration across multiple departments and an ability to provide exceptional service through timely and accurate work. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Utilize proprietary investment management software to generate customized daily reports used to implement commodity and volatility risk premium (VRP) strategies. Become a product expert for commodity futures and swaps, helping to answer internal questions related to those instruments. Review various data feeds and activity within portfolios, acting as the first line of defense to ensure daily reporting accuracy for use within the portfolio management process. Work alongside the portfolio management team as the primary implementation contacts for strategy portfolios. Responsible for the creation and accuracy of customized reporting. Contribute and adopt ideas to improve efficiency and reduce risk in the portfolio management process. Uphold firm reputation through professionalism, accuracy, responsiveness, and commitment to client service. Assume other responsibilities as required. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree. Focus in finance, economics or related field preferred. 0-2+ years of professional experience in investment management or similar CFA or desire to pursue is preferred. Strong interest building a career in Investment Management, working with institutional investment portfolios. into your browser. Salary range for the position: $70,000 - 140,000/Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
