Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) – Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and assess patients requiring intermediate-level cardiac care and intervention
• Float to other units within the facility as needed based on patient census and staffing requirements
• Complete all required facility learning modules prior to and during the assignment
• Maintain active and compliant certifications including ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC from an approved vendor (AHA, ARC, or ASHI)

Required Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions or hits on record
• Minimum of 24 months of PCU experience, with experience within the last 12 months required
• Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications from an AHA, ARC, or ASHI-approved vendor
• PCU skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
• Valid driver's license required to verify residency
• Must reside outside of Arizona — Arizona residents are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facility locations, shifts, and departments to support placement efficiency
• Experience in cardiac or stepdown/IMC unit environments
