Position Overview:
This is a dynamic, hybrid role perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of physical work and customer service. You will be the backbone of our daily operations—keeping the sales floor maintained, managing inventory, and helping customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Maintenance & Cleaning: Complete daily cleaning tasks to keep the store safe and welcoming.
• Inventory Control: Unpack incoming shipments, restock displays, and organize inventory to keep the sales floor fully prepped.
• Customer Interaction: Answer incoming phone calls and greet walk-in customers.
• Front-Counter Support: Learn our POS system to ring up simple sales and handle basic transactions accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable working a consistent Tuesday through Friday 9am-5pm schedule.
• Basic tech literacy to learn and navigate our computer-based POS system.
• Strong communication skills and a polite phone manner.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to keeping things clean and organized.
• Physical Requirement: Must be able to comfortably lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs .
• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
