Client Communication

• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound warranty service calls and emails

• Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and clients to address service inquiries and resolve issues

• Provide timely updates on service status, scheduling, and estimates

• Prepare and deliver quotes; send invoice links for client approval

Scheduling & Coordination

• Maintain and manage the service ticket queue; coordinate daily schedules for the Scheduling Lead

• Coordinate glass ordering and service scheduling for both Houston and San Antonio

Billing & Payments

• Invoice service tickets and work orders; assess and flag service issues

• Process field measures and generate labor estimates

• Process phone payments and handle returns and receipts as needed

• Bill out-of-warranty material costs per LDI warranty pricing

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable owning client relationships by phone and email

• Organized and self-directed; able to manage multiple open tickets with minimal supervision

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or office operations preferred

• Familiarity with invoicing or payment software (Clover or similar)

• Background in construction, glass, or building products is a plus
