As a newly independent, Private Equity‑backed organization, we are modernizing our infrastructure, implementing new systems (SAP, MES, cybersecurity), and building a strong operational foundation for continued growth. We are seeking a Customer Supply Chain Lead, reporting to the Customer Supply Chain Manager, to play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience by managing the full order-to-delivery process. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers after order placement, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external logistics partners to meet service expectations. What You’ll Do Manage customer purchase orders in SAP from order entry through shipment and delivery. Serve as the main customer contact for order status, delivery schedules, and issue resolution. Coordinate with warehouses, transportation providers, and freight forwarders to ensure product availability and shipment readiness. Monitor and track open domestic and export sales orders daily to prevent service disruptions. Prepare and maintain export documentation and ensure compliance with international shipping requirements. Maintain accurate customer master data and requirements within SAP. Partner with Commercial Sales and Supply Chain teams to resolve order conflicts and meet customer service expectations. Lead communication with customers regarding product or service concerns and support root cause analysis and corrective actions. Manage returns, replacements, and product disposition decisions while balancing customer needs and company cost considerations. Support onboarding of new customers by gathering requirements and ensuring operational readiness. What You Bring Required Associates degree or 8–10 years of experience in export logistics or chemical/industrial markets. 3–5 years of customer‑focused experience in a fast‑paced environment. 3–5 years of experience using SAP Sales Order modules. Preferred Experience in chemical, polymer, or industrial manufacturing environments. Experience managing both domestic and international logistics.
