Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening shift at a 140-bed skilled nursing and long-term care facility. Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting the interdisciplinary team. Work a 5x8 evening schedule in Ishpeming, MI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Support residents and families with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Michigan.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Preferred Skills:

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience
