divh2Shipper/h2pAs a Shipper at Atlas Tube, Kansas City, MO, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and loading steel tube and pipe while adhering to established procedures and quality standards. This role operates standard warehouse equipment to ensure efficient material handling./ppShift: 2nd Shift/ppJob Responsibilities/pulliChampions and enforces safe work practices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements./liliPrepares materials, products, and equipment for distribution and shipment./liliProcesses and fulfills orders from customers and internal teams./liliPicks, packs, and stages orders, verifying accuracy using scanning tools./liliLoads shipments onto flatbed trucks or LTL carriers./liliReceives, inspects, and processes incoming materials, reporting any damages./liliReplenishes warehouse stock and rotates inventory using a reach truck or forklift./liliOperates forklifts, order pickers, reach trucks, and walkie rider pallet jacks to move materials efficiently./liliStandardizes and optimizes shipping and receiving procedures for accuracy and efficiency./liliPerforms additional duties as assigned./liliRegular, full-time onsite attendance is required./li/ulpEducation / Experience/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred./liliMinimum of 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in steel or tubing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience./li/ulpKnowledge / Skills / Competencies/pulliBasic math skills for accurate order processing./liliStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams./liliProblem-solving ability to address warehouse challenges./liliHigh attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and quality standards./li/ulpZekeelman Industries offers competitive compensation and excellent benefits, including low-cost, high-quality medical and dental benefits.
