Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Social Worker

Shift: Days/ 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs/week

Length: 8 Weeks

Requirements :

• FL license
• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Must have prior travel experience in a level 1 trauma facility
• Must have Master's Degree
• Must have knowledge on advanced directives and social determinants of health
• Must have experience working in an acute care hospital with extensive experience with discharge planning
• BLS

Other Details:

No Locals Accepted - Must be greater than 50 miles away
