Registered Nurse (RN) – ER / Med-Surg / PCU / Float – Claremont, NH

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Float (ER / Med-Surg / PCU)
Type: Permanent | Full-Time
Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
Compensation

• $31 – $43/hr (based on experience)
• Potential relocation assistance

Job Details

• Float across ER, Med-Surg, and PCU units
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and care planning
• Monitor cardiac/hemodynamic status and respond to changes
• Assist with procedures, admissions, and transfers
• Provide patient & family education
• Work independently in a fast-paced rural setting

Requirements

• Active NH RN License or Compact License
• 2+ years RN experience – Required
• Strong experience in ER + Med-Surg + PCU – Required
• BLS & ACLS (AHA) – Required at submission
• COVID Vaccination – Required

Important Notes

• Must be willing to FLOAT across all units
• Must be able to hit the ground running independently
