Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Clinical expertise in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
• Experience with assessment, intervention, and documentation in a school setting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt and connect with diverse student populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop tailored treatment goals aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver one-on-one and group therapy sessions for students ranging from preschool through high school
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to monitor student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records, data, and reports in compliance with school and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing clinical insight and educational recommendations
