Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in school settings is a plus
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities using standardized tools and observations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both individual and group, to support language, articulation, fluency, and social communication
• Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to develop strategies that facilitate classroom success
• Complete required documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
• Track progress and adjust interventions as needed for optimal outcomes
