Top Rail Fence North Sound is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Consultant to join our team. If you enjoy meeting people, helping homeowners bring their outdoor vision to life, and being rewarded for your performance, we'd love to talk with you.

We're not looking for a "high-pressure salesperson." We're looking for someone who listens, builds trust, communicates well, through a consultative approach and takes pride in creating an exceptional customer experience from the first appointment to the completed project.

What We Offer

• Competitive Base Salary - Expected first-year earnings: $70,000–$120,000 includes base salary

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to discuss their fencing needs and provide solutions that fit their goals and budget.
• Conduct on-site consultations and take accurate measurements in Skagit, Snohomish, Whatcom and Island Counties.
• Prepare and present professional proposals.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Build relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business.
• Work closely with our Operations Manager to ensure projects are set up for success.
• Represent Top Rail Fence with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter who enjoys meeting new people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable using technology, email, and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
