Schedule: Full-Time | Field-Based
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and grow a sales territory throughout Westchester County

• Prospect and develop new business within restaurants, hospitality, and food service accounts

• Build relationships with restaurant owners, operators, chefs, buyers, and decision-makers

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account expansion

• Conduct in-person client visits, networking, outreach, and follow-ups

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

• Maintain an active pipeline and consistently hit sales goals

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred

• Outside sales experience is a plus

• Food service, distribution, beverage, hospitality, or B2B sales experience strongly preferred

• Candidates with chef, restaurant, purchasing, food ordering, or food-service backgrounds are encouraged to apply

• Experience working with vendors, suppliers, restaurant owners, chefs, or food buyers is a plus

• Proven ability to build relationships and generate business

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Growth

This role offers a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions .
