Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You'll work with students across school sites in the Concord area, supporting their growth and development in a collaborative setting. This position runs from June 8th through July 2nd, offering a consistent weekday schedule and the chance to help students achieve critical milestones.

Role Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:15 AM to 12:45 PM
• Total weekly hours: 22.5
• Two OT positions open for the ESY session

Key Qualifications:

• California licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in school-based settings
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families
• Ability to assess, plan, and deliver effective interventions tailored to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Passion for working with diverse student populations and commitment to fostering growth

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct assessments and provide direct therapy in alignment with each student’s IEP goals
• Document and report on student progress with clarity and timeliness
• Consult with classroom staff regarding strategies for improving student participation and independence
• Adapt activities and environment to maximize student learning and engagement during ESY programming
