We are currently seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Pleasant Hill, CA. About the Facility:

Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated rate range: $60-70/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care
- Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
- Current CA SLP license (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP preferred, but CFs may be considered when supervision is available
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
