Job Description
Bth Inc in Atlanta, GA is looking for one fine jewelry store customer service and admin assistant. Full or part time to join our team. We are located on 4360 Chamblee Dunwoody Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
Responsibilities
Field telephone calls
Friendly customer service
Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
Maintain an organized filing system
Conduct internet research
Place orders for business needs
Enter data into reports as needed
Shipping/ receive and return items
Other miscellaneous items TBD
Qualifications
Friendly and positive attitude
Team player
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to organize and create orderly systems
Experienced in computer technology that includes QuickBooks (willing to train), and social media marketing
Some experience in retail and customer service preferred
