Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Provide top‑notch service by prioritizing the customer’s needs and ensuring a memorable shopping experience from greeting to post‑sale follow‑up. Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with customers, positioning Diamonds Direct as their go‑to destination for luxury jewelry. Product Knowledge: Use extensive knowledge of our inventory and designer collections to guide customers in making informed and personalized choices. Sales Process: Manage the sales process with a focus on what’s best for the customer, including detailed follow‑through after the sale. Organizational Skills: Maintain a well‑organized work environment, paying close attention to detail in all aspects of the sales process.
