Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch service by always prioritizing the customer’s needs and ensuring a memorable shopping experience from the initial greeting to post-sale follow-up. Build lasting relationships with customers, positioning Diamonds Direct as their go-to destination for luxury jewelry. Use extensive knowledge of inventory and designer collections to guide customers in making informed, personalized choices. Manage the sales process with a focus on what’s best for the customer, including detailed follow-through after the sale. Maintain a well-organized work environment, paying close attention to detail in all aspects of the sales process.
