Fortress Leak Detection and Restoration
Greater Atlanta Area

Fortress Leak Detection and Restoration is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to expand our referral network and generate new restoration opportunities throughout the Greater Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with plumbers, property managers, insurance professionals, real estate professionals, contractors, and other referral partners
• Promote Fortress’s leak detection, mitigation, restoration, and contents services
• Generate and qualify new residential and commercial leads
• Conduct regular outreach, networking, office visits, and follow-up activities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, referrals, and sales activity
• Coordinate with operations to support a professional transition from referral to service
• Represent Fortress professionally at networking events, association meetings, and community functions
• Meet established business-development and revenue-performance goals

Ideal Candidate:

• Professional, dependable, organized, and self-motivated
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making calls, conducting in-person visits, and developing new accounts
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the Fortress operations team
• Familiarity with restoration, construction, insurance claims, property management, plumbing, or related industries is preferred
• Existing relationships within the Greater Atlanta property-services market are a plus
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Compensation:

Competitive compensation structure based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated performance. Additional commission or performance-based earning opportunities may be available.
