Dealer Set-Up & National Sales Support

Position Status: Non-Exempt Reporting to: Operations Manager Location: On-Site (Chesterfield, MO) Duties and Responsibilities: Dealer enrollments Enter/Update ACT, SPIRO, RedCar Track in Team Support Follow up missing documents Follow up missing information Process Admin Change Request Billing Field Team and Strategic Account Sales Support Following up with unanswered kick off requests or additional materials Work on sales support related requests from Field Sales and Strategic Sales teams Provide prompt communication on requests Communicate effectively with detailed summarization of requests Document each request and updates within Team Support tool Utilize as needed: Team Support, RedCar, BlackCar, ACT!, Jira & Mail Warehouse to research sales support requests Follow up on missing or incomplete enrollment items Work with sales, agents and dealerships to obtain missing setup items Work with setup team to provide updates on pending dealer setups Heat Process Work with Sales, Accounting, Customer Service, etc to compile necessary findings on Heat cases Communicate findings with National Sales Support Manager Maintain organized notes on all Heat cases to ensure all cross functional teams can access and view items related to each Heat case Utilize as needed: Team Support, RedCar, BlackCar, ACT!, Jira & Mail Warehouse to research Heat cases CRM Sales Process Learn and utilize Spiro to assist Sales on necessary changes Work with setup team on necessary Spiro changes Work with Reporting team to ensure necessary Spiro fields are updated accordingly Other duties as assigned Job Type: Part-time Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid training Vision insurance
