Registered Client Associate

Key responsibilities

Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? Can you anticipate next steps?

We're looking for a Registered Client Associate to:
• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

The team

You'll be working as part of a Wealth Management team in a San Diego UBS Branch. We help high net worth individuals and families meet their financial goals through financial advisors who deliver products and services specifically designed for them.

Your skills and experience

• series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally3-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's degree or equivalent, focusing on financial market
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:
• United States - California - San Diego min USD 65000 - max USD 85000 /annum

The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
