This role demands excellent organizational skills, creativity, and effective communication to work collaboratively with vendors, clients, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from initial concept through execution and post-event analysis.
• Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the best prices and services.
• Manage event budgets and ensure expenditures stay within allocated funds.
• Develop comprehensive event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Specialist or similar role with a track record of successful events.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
