The Enclave at Barnesville is hiring CNA/STNAs for Night Shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM).

Night Shift

Hours: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM

This position is ideal for an STNA who enjoys working overnight and wants to be part of a dependable nursing team focused on quality resident care.

CNA/STNA Responsibilities

As a Night Shift CNA/STNA, you will:

Provide direct care according to each resident’s individualized plan of care
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, hygiene, dressing, toileting, and continence care
Assist with mobility, repositioning, transfers, and other resident needs
Provide dining and hydration assistance as needed
Perform routine safety and comfort checks throughout the night
Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs
Observe residents and report changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse
Accurately document care, interventions, and relevant events
Follow infection prevention and control procedures
Help maintain a safe, quiet, clean, and comfortable environment
Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team
Protect resident dignity, privacy, confidentiality, and rights

Qualifications

Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) status required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
Dependable and professional
Ability to manage priorities effectively
Long-term care or geriatric care experience preferred
