Sales Manager-Capitol Chevy

Capitol Chevrolet, Austin’s #1 Volume Chevy Dealer, is looking for a D riven, High-Energy Sales Manager ready to lead a winning team.

Requirements




  • Minimum 10years of dealership experience , with strong Finance (F&I) background



  • Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving volume goals



  • Deep understanding of desking deals , loan to value , leasing , and lender relations


  • Following Up on leads by phone, email and text


  • Excellent communication, coaching, and closing skills



  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment


Responsibilities




  • Lead and develop the new car sales team to exceed monthly targets



  • Work closely with Finance and BDC departments to drive performance



  • Structure and close deals efficiently and profitably



  • Maintain strong relationships with OEM Partners



  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold Capitol Chevrolet’s reputation for excellence
